Queer in Nature

There is no doubt that Queeribbean people have taken active roles in environmental stewardship and conservation in their islands. Participating fully while residing in islands where queerphobia is rampant is fraught with complications and prevents Queer folx from fully being themselves. Conversely, nature provides an avenue for nature-based spirituality and many Queer folx have discovered or re-discovered their love for their environment. We would love to hear how you navigate and explore the environment. We would also welcome descriptions of your nature-based spiritual practicies.
