In March, Intersect-Antigua Barbuda launched a new call for submissions, titled Liberation Poetics: Caribbean Feminisms Against Imperialism, where we invited people from within and beyond our community to submit critical essays, fiction, plays, poetry, posters, screenplays, art, and photography that address the urgency of leveraging Caribbean feminisms as a primary antagonism against imperialism and fascism.
Now, we are pleased to announce the publication of these pieces from October 1, 2026, to this website, intersectantigua.com!
We would like to express our sincerest gratitude toward everyone who engaged with and responded to this call, and we look forward to sharing this resonant collection of works with you all very soon.
